ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS


All customer credit card orders are shipped to the billing address of the card holder. That is, the ship-to address MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS as where the credit card bills are received by the card holder. NO EXCEPTIONS. All minors must have a parent contact us authorizing the use of their credit card before purchasing.  

PRICING

All prices shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral. All orders are invoices at the price in effect at the time of shipping. We are not responsible for any incorrect printing of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders must be prepaid and cannot be returned or canceled.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped at our discretion via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified and at additional cost. All International Buyers- please contact us for shipping quote before purchasing.

Canada / Mexico / Overseas Shipping

International Buyers will be responsible for all customs charges in their country. We will not ship items as a gift. Any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our shipping costs and is the customers responsibility upon delivery. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery, they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Racing Strong Motorsports. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. Invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

All items should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt by the customer. If any shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials.
 
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS

Any and All requests for returned goods purchased from Racing Strong Motorsports MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning any goods. Returned goods must be in new and UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, then you own it and no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Racing Strong Motorsports. If any Racing Strong Motorsports products are purchased at a shop or online site other than this website, you must return it to that entity. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restock fee plus cost of original, first time shipping unless the products are determined to be defective at time of receipt. Racing Strong Motorsports offers NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds will come in the form of credits to future purchases from Racing Strong Motorsports unless otherwise specified.

The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from Racing Strong Motorsports by the customer shall hereby release Racing Strong Motorsports for any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations, and/or modification of a vehicle of any kind may increase the risk of injury, accident, or death. Also any modification may make the vehicle illegal for use on public roads.

WARRANTY

All Merchandise sold by Racing Strong Motorsports is for off-road use only and is not legal, C.A.R.B., DOT or EPA approved. All items sold by Racing Strong Motorsports could void the manufacturer’s warranty. Racing Strong Motorsports assures that its products are free from manufacturer defects at the time of delivery and makes no other warranty claims. Please contact Racing Strong Motorsports for any other warranty questions. No returns will be accepted unless prior approval is made.
